Vickie Sue Barker, age 57, of Lampe, Missouri.
Vickie Sue Barker, age 57, of Lampe, Missouri, passed away on December 25, 2021. She entered this life on July 1, 1964, in Landstuhl, Germany, the daughter of Peggy Sue White and James Ronald Barker. Vickie was preceded in death by her mother, Peggy; husband, Wesley Jarvis; maternal grandparents: Ira and Alma White; and paternal grandparents: Clyde and Edith Barker.
Vickie was a waitress for most of her adult life. She adored collecting anything that had to do with elephants and loved playing cribbage. Vickie was a great sister, and her siblings will miss her dearly. Her love for her siblings spread to their children and she was adored by her nieces and nephews. She was her father’s “Sunshine” and the day she passed his “sunshine quit shining”.
Vickie is survived by her father and stepmother: Ron and Susie Barker of Marlin, Texas; two brothers: Ronnie White and Rick and Jeannie Barker of Blue Eye, Missouri; sister, Lisa Blevins of Blue Eye, Missouri; sister-in-law, Laura Sweazea of Hollister, Missouri; nieces and nephews: Ryan, Jordan, Kayla, Anthony, Hunter, Lonnie, and Ariana; as well as many other family members.
