Timothy “Tim” Wayne Straub, age 62, of Kirbyville, Missouri.

Timothy “Tim” Wayne Straub, age 62, of Kirbyville, Missouri, passed away October 19, 2022, peacefully in his sleep. He entered this life July 5, 1960, in Beatrice, Nebraska, the son of Allen and Shirley (Parrish) Straub. Preceding him in death are his parents and an infant daughter, Stephanie.

Tim proudly served our country in the United States Army, both in Grenada and Germany. He was an avid Nebraska Cornhuskers and Denver Broncos fan. Tim enjoyed cooking holiday meals for his family.  He enjoyed playing video games, fishing, and being with his dog, Bear. His grandchildren will miss the times he spent with them. He will be greatly missed.

Tim is survived by his son, Michael (Sara) Straub of Lincoln, Nebraska; daughter, Nicole (Andrew) Lichtenberg of Beatrice, Nebraska; four grandchildren: Tayvah, Elijah, Isaac and Alyssa; two stepchildren: Josh and Chantel Barnett; brother, Rick Straub of Branson, Missouri; sister, Jana (Steve Hill) Straub of Kirbyville, Missouri; two nieces: Emily and Madison; several aunts, uncles, and many other extended family and friends.
