Susan Livermore Ketchum, 87, passed away on January 4, 2026.
Susan Livermore Ketchum, 87, of Yellville, Arkansas, peacefully passed away at her home with her partner by her side on January 4, 2026. She was born on July 16, 1938, in Dallas, Texas, the daughter of Seward and Laura (LaFond) Livermore.
Susan was a retired criminal defense attorney from Brooklyn, New York, where she was a Public Defender and had a private law practice.
Susan is preceded in death by her parents, Seward and Laura. She is survived by her partner, of 20 years, Austin Barnes of Yellville, Arkansas, a daughter Anne LaFond (partner Alex Ingle) of Monroe, New York, a son Thomas B. Ketchum of Eastbourne, England, five grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren.
Susan will be missed dearly by all that knew and loved her. At this time there is no service planned. Arrangements are under the care of Diamond State Cremation in Lead Hill, Arkansas.
