Graveside services for Sena M. Dixon, 72, Kirbyville, will be held Saturday, Nov. 20, 2021 at 11AM at the Mincy Cemetery, Mincy, Mo.
Pastor Scott Coffelt will officiate. Services are under the direction of Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home and Crematory, Branson. Mrs. Dixon entered into rest Sunday, Nov. 14, 2021 at Cox Medical Center South, Springfield.
Sena Mary Dixon was born Dec. 8, 1948 in Reno, Nevada. She was the daughter of Robert and Dorothy (Brown) Nelson. After she graduated from high school she worked as an administrative assistant for Levi Strauss, became interested in accounting and worked many years for Phillips 66. She also worked various other jobs during her life. Sena moved to Missouri from Nevada City, Calif. in 1991.
Sena met Robert Dixon and they were married May 29, 2001 in Eureka Springs, Ark. They had celebrated twenty years together this past May.
She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother Bobbie Nelson.
Sena is survived by her loving husband Robert Dixon of Kirbyville; two sisters Jeannie Nelson of Huntsville, Ala.; Janet Hart of Sacramento, Calif.; and a half-sister Caprice Rupp of Carson City, Nev.
