Mr. Henry P. DeLuia

Mr. Henry P. DeLuia, age 60, Forsyth, Missouri

Mr. Henry P. DeLuia, 60 of Taneyville passed away Sunday January 28, 2024, at his home after a sudden illness. Henry was born on July 12, 1963, in Ashtabula, Ohio to Michael DeLuia, Sr. and Nancy (Hall) DeLuia.  He graduated from Edgewood Senior High School, Ashtabula, Ohio.  

He had met the love of his life, Linda Sue Lozano in Clearwater, Fl. in 1988. They were wed Dec 24, 1990, in Mt. Pleasant, Iowa and have celebrated thirty-three years together. Henry and Linda were blessed with three children.

They had moved to the Forsyth area in 1994 from Safety Harbor, FL., he was a carpenter in the residential market.   Henry was muscle car enthusiast (gearhead) long before he could legally drive.  He restored/rebuilt multiple cars in his life and enjoyed visiting with fellow enthusiasts at classic car shows.

Henry loved pushing snow with the Wheelhorse, he was an avid KC Chiefs fan, and so happy for another Super Bowl game.

He was preceded in death by his parents Michael and Nancy DeLuia, Sr., his foster father Howard Paulino, Sr., and a sister Dawn Gobidias.

Henry is survived by his loving wife Linda Lozano-DeLuia of the home, three children Curtis DeLuia of Taneyville, (fiancée Sarah Wade), Julie DeLuia of Orlando, Fla.  (wife Bobbie Johnson), Rebecca DeLuia of Taneyville; siblings Michael DeLuia, Jr. of Ashtabula, Ohio, Mark DeLuia (Michelle) of Carrollton, TX, Constance Wolff of Painesville, Ohio, Cynthia Blaskis (Steve) Ashtabula, Ohio, Toni Fordyce of Ashtabula, Ohio, Juliette DeLuia of Dallas, TX, Rose Barbara DeLuia and Tina DeLuia both of Ashtabula, foster mother Ada Mae Paulino of Ashtabula, Ohio, Howard Paulino, Jr.  of Ashtabula, Ohio, Wesley Paulino, of Tarpon Springs, FL., Joseph Paulino, of Ashtabula, Ohio, Jeffrey Paulino of Tampa, FL. (Deborah),  and numerous other family members.

Visitation will be held Friday evening Feb. 2, 2024, from 5:30-7:00 P.M. at the Snapp-Bearden Forsyth Chapel, Forsyth, Mo.  Family gathering and burial will be held at a later date in Ohio.
