 Mary Christine “Susie” Pryor, age 80, of Marshfield, Missouri

 Mary Christine “Susie” Pryor, age 80, of Marshfield, Missouri passed away Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Cox Medical Center South in Springfield, Missouri.

            She was born February 19, 1943 in Piopolis, Illinois the daughter of Roman and Mary G. (Bond) Reyling. On February 23, 1963 in Butler, Missouri she was united in marriage to Olon Leon Pryor, who survives. Also surviving are one son, David Pryor and his wife Angela of Kansas City, Missouri; two daughters, Patty Johns and her husband Aaron of Ozark, Missouri and Mary Dael Saenz of Austin, Texas; three brothers, Charlie Reyling and his wife Betty of Dahlgren, Illinois, Andy Reyling and his wife Diane of Dahlgren, Illinois and Mark Reyling of Dahlgren, Illinois; four sisters, Alma Dougherty and her husband Jim of Ledyard, Connecticut, Judy Rapp of Mt. Vernon, Illinois, Kathy Hayes of Mt. Vernon, Illinois and Jane Reyling of Las Vegas, Nevada and four grandchildren, Cory Scott, Caleb Pryor, Spencer Johns and Zachary Johns.

            Preceding her in death were her parents and four brothers, Pete Reyling, Dick Reyling, Ed Reyling and Tom Reyling.

            Susie grew up and attended school in McLeansboro, Illinois graduating from McLeansboro High School. After moving to Branson, Missouri she was employed by the Branson School District for many years before going to work at J.C. Penney from where she retired. She enjoyed gardening, tending her flowers, bird watching, being outdoors and going on road trips with Leon.

            Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, August 22, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Pastor Dale Menefee and Donnie Crawford will conduct the services. Burial will be at Sparks Cemetery in Butterfield, Missouri.

            The family will receive friends from 1:00 P.M. until service time Tuesday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

            Contributions may be made to Sparks Cemetery in memory of Susie.
