Margaret Marie Claywell, age 82, of Cassville, Missouri

            Margaret Marie Claywell, age 82, of Cassville, Missouri passed away Monday, March 27, 2023.

            She was born in Creighton, Nebraska on April 1, 1940 the daughter of Conrad High and Christine (Sahl) Miller. On August 12, 1957 in Rogers, Arkansas she was united in marriage to John Sinclair, who passed away on October 27, 2005. On March 13, 1993 she was united in marriage to Charles Ray Claywell, who preceded her in death on October 15, 2022. Also preceding her in death were her parents.

            Surviving are two sons, Jim Sinclair and his wife Linda of Seligman, Missouri and Terry Sinclair and his wife Dee of Purdy, Missouri; two stepsons, Mark Claywell and his wife Melissa of Escondido, California and Michael Claywell and his wife Kayla of Timnath, Colorado; two stepdaughters, Beth Walck and her husband Jim of Escondido, California and Jeanette McCaughtry and her husband Jim of Nicholson, Georgia; one brother, Mike Miller and his wife Linda of Cassville, Missouri; one sister Marilyn Yoder and her husband Larry of Nashville, Tennessee; two grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

            Margaret attended school in Washburn, Missouri graduating from Southwest High School, later attending Neosho Beauty School in Neosho, Missouri. Margaret owned and operated her own beauty shop from where she retired. Some of her favorite pastimes were oil and watercolor painting, woodcarving and gardening. She volunteered for Community Hospice and was a member of Woodcarvers of Northwest Arkansas and Mill Street Church of Christ.

            Services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 7, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Laith Hayward will conduct the services.

            Contributions may be made to Fair Haven Children’s Home in Memory of Margaret.
