Joan Marie Oddi, age 82, of Branson, Missouri.

Joan Marie Oddi, age 82, of Branson, Missouri, passed away March 6, 2024. She entered this life on April 26, 1941, the daughter of Robert and Ruth (Miller) Lee in Buffalo, New York. Joan was joined in marriage to Ignatius Oddi on December 20, 1958, in Buffalo, New York.

With a heart for animals, Joan was an avid dog lover, who owned many dogs throughout her life. She adored ice hockey with the Buffalo Sabres as her team; she also enjoyed watching Buffalo Bills football games. Joan was a strong woman who was a survivor of cancer. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. The memories created throughout Joan’s life will be cherished by all who knew her.

Joan is survived by her son, David (Lesley) Oddi of Branson, Missouri; daughter, April (William) Parker of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; brother, William (Virginia) Lee of East Aurora, New York; sister, Shoran (Roy) Oddi of Hartselle, Alabama; and grandchildren: Sara (Charles) Sievers of Cotopaxi, Colorado, Rebekka (Michael) Nicholl of Hollister, Missouri, Samantha (Cody) Goodwin of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, Amanda (Gary) Skinner of Blanchard, Oklahoma, Michael Parker of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, and Katherine (Caleb) Hastings of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren: Issiah and Ellizabeth Nicholl, Emma, Kaylee, and Colton Goodwin, Isabelle, Lilly, Aiden, and Jackson Parker, Hailey, and Gracie Mae Hastings; as well as many nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her parents: Robert and Ruth Lee; husband of fifty-four years, Ignatius Oddi; and son, Michael Oddi.

No formal services are planned at this time. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Joan’s name to her favorite organization, the ASPCA, www.aspca.org/.
