Gregory “Greg” Wade Snowden, age 70, of Branson, Missouri.

Gregory “Greg” Wade Snowden, age 70, of Branson, Missouri, passed away September 25, 2022. He entered this life November 3, 1951, the son of Finis Faye Snowden and Erma Lee (Akers) Higgins in Branson, Missouri. He is preceded in death by his parents. 

Greg proudly served our nation in the United States Navy. He greatly appreciated his time traveling with the Navy and collected small trinkets for his daughters, his favorite places being the Philippines and Japan. Greg attended Mesa Community College in Arizona. He also attended University of Arkansas in Fayetteville on a baseball scholarship. Greg loved playing baseball, collecting baseball cards, fishing, making jerky, reading western books, spending time in his garden, and watching both college and professional sports. Greg loved cheering his favorite College of the Ozarks Bobcats basketball teams at home. The memories created over the past seventy years will be cherished by his loved ones. 

He is survived by his two daughters: Jennifer (Travis) Slayton of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, and Kelly (Grant) Jobe of Vista, California; nine grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; sister, Paula Arney of Rockaway Beach, Missouri; three nephews; one niece; four great-nieces; one great-nephew; as well as many cousins, aunts, uncles, and friends.
