Dianne Lynette Burchette Simpson

Dianne Lynette Burchette Simpson.

Dianne Lynette Burchette Simpson born November 5, 1957 walked healed through Heaven’s gates on April 30, 2024.

She was born in Louisa, Kentucky to Lyle Burchette and Connie Camp Drummond. Dianne was preceded in death by her father Lyle and her stepmother Phyllis Burchette.  She is dancing in heaven with her beloved sister Connie Roseanne Sabino who also preceded her in death. She leaves behind her husband Robbie Simpson of Galena who she loved dearly.  Her three children, Phillip Cook (Marny) of Ozark, MO, Michelle Crawford of Branson, MO, Synthia Simpson of Galena, MO; five grandchildren, Taylor Sanchez, C. Stephen Crawford, Lauryn Stiff, Elijah Cook, and Payton Stiff; her mother Connie Drummond of San Diego, CA; brother, Michael Burchette (Laura) of Corona, CA and step-sister, Debra Tucker (Robert) of TX. Dianne was also blessed to have three great-grandchildren with one on the way, Urijah Lee, Kaia Lee and Aliyah Sanchez.

Dianne loved deeply and fiercely.  You didn’t need to be blood to be family.  Many called her “Mom” and “Grandmom”. She loved them all “This Much”.  Her life modeled 1 Corinthians 13:7, love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things and her unconditional love inspired the name of the women’s shelter her daughter Synthia started, Love Knows No Limits.

Dianne worked many years as the office manager of Lilley’s Landing.  She loved working with the visitors and fishermen that visited the resort and it is where she met her sweetheart, Robbie.  She later transitioned to managing the medical office for Dr. Neimark where her gifts of attention to detail and compassion converged.

Dianne was the sun her family revolved around.  She was their biggest fan and would listen for hours if they needed to talk.  How do you write down on paper what your wife, mom, grandmom, daughter, sister and friend means to you and all that she did?  Everyone else might let you down but Dianne was always there.  She was the best delegator and organizer.  She was a great cook and taught her family how to prepare a good meal and care for others.  She loved Jesus, loved her family and friends and will be deeply missed till we see her again in Heaven.

A memorial service to celebrate Dianne’s life will be Thursday, May 9, 2024 at 6:00 p.m. at Snapp-Bearden Funeral Home & Crematory, Branson.
