Denise Lynn Caster, age 62, of Jenkins, Missouri passed away Monday, March 6, 2023 at her home.
She was born August 26, 1960 in Long Beach, California the daughter of Norman and Margaret (Kelley) Newell. On February 14, 2001 she was united in marriage to Dave Caster, who preceded her in death on November 22, 2015. Also preceding her in death were her parents and an infant brother, Lyle.
Surviving are three sons, Tim Newell of Little Rock, Arkansas, Justin Gifford of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho and Jason Gifford of Horseshoe Bend, Idaho; one daughter, Dana Newell-Fouche and her husband David of Carlisle, Massachusetts; two brothers, Kevin Newell of California and Brad Newell and his wife Janine of Los Angeles, California and two grandchildren, Cassidy and Cody.
Denise attended school in Norco, California graduating from Norco High School. She was employed by Prime Incorporated as a truck driver and raised German shepherd dogs from the Rin Tin Tin lineage. Denise enjoyed cooking, canning, reading and doing research. She loved traveling and had traveled all over the United States in her truck.
Services will be held at a later date. Cremation arrangements are under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.
