David Ralph Haddock, age 65, Cassville< Missouri

David Ralph Haddock, age 65, passed away on Wednesday, November 8, 2023. He was born on June 24, 1958, in Monterey, California. David grew up in Cassville, Missouri, graduated from Cassville High School in 1976, and remained in Cassville throughout his adult life. David married his loving wife Janet on July 3, 1998. They brought together a family of four sons, Shannon, Christopher, Timothy and Joshua.

David worked at Monalco, a window company in Monett, Missouri, from 1978 to 1987, and then joined his father Ralph doing carpentry work in 1987 until he retired. David also enjoyed woodworking and created many beautiful pieces in his shop, including baby beds for many of his grandchildren and other furniture for his family.

David loved Jesus and was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, and son. He and his wife Janet were members of the First Baptist Church of Cassville.

While David loved being in Barry County, Janet wanted to show him more of the world. The two of them traveled often over the years, with some of their favorite destinations being Niagara Falls, Yosemite National Park and the Grand Canyon. They also went on mission trips to Mexico and Peru to help their missionaries.

David was preceded in death by his mother, Christinia. He is survived by his wife, Janet Haddock; his father, Ralph Haddock; four sons, Shannon Haddock and wife Stacy, Chris Paul and wife Amy, Tim Paul and wife Tracy, and Josh Paul and wife Rachael and 21 grandchildren.

David will be missed deeply by his family and his friends.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, November 11, 2023 at 10:00 A.M. at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. The service will be officiated by Pastor James Weaver of the First Baptist Church of Cassville.
