Cathy Marie Eaton, age 62 of Springfield, MO

Cathy Marie Eaton, age 62 of Springfield, MO, passed away in her home after a long battle of numerous health problems on February 21st, 2022. She was born on August 2nd, 1959, to Johnnie T. Vaughn and Evelyn B. Vaughn in Nashville, TN. Beloved sister to Jeff Vaughn of Belton, MO. She graduated from Grandview High School in 1976. She then began a long and enjoyable nursing career for over 30 yrs. In 1977, she married Randy Martin Eaton of Kansas City, MO and they were married for 44 years. She went on to have 2 children, Cassandra A. Eaton and Randy T. Eaton. She enjoyed spending time with her family along with crafting, horses, watching old classic movies, and playing with her little Jack Russell Terrier, Jax.

 She is survived by her husband, 2 children, 10 grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, numerous friends, and extended family members.

Cathy was a kind, loving soul who never knew a stranger and whose smile could brighten an entire room. She will be dearly loved and missed.
