Carolyn Sue (Weber) Byrkett, 81 of Forsyth, MO

Carolyn Sue (Weber) Byrkett, 81 of Forsyth, MO, passed away peacefully on Monday, February 17, 2022 in Forsyth, MO. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 5, 2022 11:00 to1:00 P.M in the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO.

Carolyn Sue (Weber) Byrkett was born on Monday, December 9, 1940 in Portland, Indiana to Mr. & Mrs. Phillip D. Weber. She was raised in Portland, Indiana. There she participated in many activities throughout her school years and graduated from Zionville High School in Zionsville, Indiana. She enjoyed several close friendships; one in particular was Janet (Sanders) Boice of over sixty years. Carolyn married Robert Gene Birge of Colfax, Indiana in 1955 and was widowed in April 1971. Carolyn remarried to Noah O. Byrkett JR. of Whitestown, Indiana in November 1974. She worked at Bud’s tavern and Suzie’s Carpet Cleaning, and then became a stay-at-home mom to seven children. Carolyn was also an accomplished cook. After the children were grown, she worked for Jubilations Restaurant in Texas as head cook. She was widowed again in December 1988. She enjoyed hobbies as crafts, fishing, and going to the casinos. She had a life partner in Henry Zepada until his death in 2004. Carolyn moved to Forsyth, MO. in 2013 and lived with her daughter Rolynda (Birge) Martin.

Carolyn is survived by her daughter, Rolynda and husband, Steve Martin of Forsyth, MO; sons, Rory Birge of Springfield, MO, Rickey and Ross Birge of Rockaway Beach, MO; grandchildren, Noah Birge, Natasha Freeland, Jordan Birge, Elisabeth Birge, Joshua Birge, Benjamin Birge, Elatia Manion, Blaec Birge, and Selena Hopkins; great-grandchildren, Nile Parker, Lyla Hopkins, Kiliana Micheal, Mazarine Micheal and Dreyden Michael.

She is preceded in death by three sons, Ronald Birge, Robbie Birge and Ryan Birge.

Cremation is under the direction of the Kissee-Schofield-Eakins Funeral Home, Forsyth, MO.
