Bobby Lee Bowling, age 78, of Joplin, Missouri
Bobby Lee Bowling, age 78, of Joplin, Missouri passed away Sunday, April 2, 2023 at his home.
He was born June 6, 1944 and raised by Harvey and Faye Rutter. Bobby had been employed by Joplin Workshops, Incorporated for over twenty years. He enjoyed fishing, listening to classic rock music, watching Blue Bloods, his favorite show on TV and was a member of Miracle League and a bowling league. Bobby was of the Christian faith and a member of Lone Elm Church.
Bobby is survived by his longtime roommate of twenty plus years, Chester Basse and the staff members that cared for him and became his family, Vickie Fertucci, Jennifer Lowrey, LaDonna High, Michael Lowrey and Brandon O’Dreal.
Graveside services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Tuesday, April 11, 2023 at Corinth Cemetery in Cassville, under direction of Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Tony Ball will conduct the services.
