  Anita “Gail” Ball, age 70, of Aurora, Missouri

          Anita “Gail” Ball, age 70, of Aurora, Missouri passed away Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Mercy Hospital Springfield in Springfield, Missouri.

            She was born April 25, 1953 in Cassville, Missouri the daughter of Ellis Edward and Betty Jean (Burbridge) Ball.

            Surviving are her mother, Betty Jean Fisher of Aurora, Missouri; one son, Shawn Darst and his wife Theresa of Aurora, Missouri; one daughter, Janel Kraft and her husband Marc of Aurora, Missouri; 13 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren with one on the way.

            Preceding her in death were her father Ellis Edward Ball and step-father, Bill Fisher.

            Gail attended school in Aurora, Missouri graduating from Aurora High School. She was employed as a secretary for Ellis, King and Ellis Law Firm in Springfield, Missouri. She enjoyed researching genealogy but family was what was important to her.

            Services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, September 9, 2023 at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville. Brother Terry Bailie will conduct the services. Burial will be at Corinth Cemetery in Cassville, Missouri.

            The family will receive friends from 10:00 A.M. until service time Saturday at Fohn Funeral Home in Cassville.

            Contributions may be made to Isaiah 58 Ministries, Incorporated in memory of Gail.
