The Kansas City Chiefs game with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday will be played in Florida as scheduled.
According to a report on NFL.com, team officials after consulting with area agencies told the league that they would be able to host the game after the landfall of Hurricane Ian occurred further south of the Bay area than originally expected.
The two teams will meet as scheduled Sunday night in a game that can be heard on Legends 1063 FM with the Chiefs pre-game show to start at 6:00 .
