On Courtwarming Night in Forsyth, the Panthers erased a double digit first quarter deficit to grab the win at home. The visiting Class 6 Wildcats jumped out to a 15-2 lead before the Class 3 Panthers got their offense going. After trailing by nine at the end of one, the Panthers surged in the second quarter and grabbed a six point lead before Neosho finished the half on an 8-2 run which left the game tied at halftime.
The Panthers took control in the second half outscoring Neosho 41-20 to eventually cruise to the win. Chris Halbrook led four Panthers in double with 26 points as Forsyth goes to 13-3 on the season while Neosho falls to 4-11.
Cassville 66 Reeds Spring 53
After losing to the Wolves earlier this month, the Wildcats get revenge with a win in a consolation semifinal at the Spokane Tournament. The loss will put the Wolves in today's seventh place game against the host Spokane. It will be the third meeting of the two teams with each school picking up a win, the Wolves in the Forsyth Tournament while the Owls won the two teams' regular season match-up.
