Several Lakes Area Athletes will be taking part in the upcoming State Wrestling Championships in Columbia.

Branson
The Wrestling Pirates are sending three wrestlers in the boys and one in the girls competition. Ryzen Isringhausen takes home the District Title in the 106 Weight Class while TJ Storment was Runner-Up at 150 and Sy Rosipal placing 4th at 157 all in Class 3. On the girls side in Class 2, Daphne Worley finished fourth at 120.
Hollister
Bryson Whitman is competing in the State Wrestling Tournament after placing third in districts in Class 2 at 144.
Reeds Spring
Four Wolves qualified by placing in the top four at the Class 2 District Tournament. Junior Blaiklee Cagle finished second at 170 pounds. Shane Pearson was third at 126, Sebastian Michaud was fourth at 215, and Spencer Michaud was third at 285.
