20th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes of Table Rock Lake
December 3rd, and December 4th, 2021
What: Explore four picturesque homes around Table Rock Lake during the 20th Annual Christmas Tour of Homes presented by Neighbors and Friends of Table Rock Lake. The tour will take place Friday, December 3rd and Saturday, December 4th from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. A $15 advance ticket purchase gives visitors the opportunity to peek inside four of Table Rock Lake’s unique private residences - all dressed up for the holidays. Tickets are available November 1st through December 1st either from a Neighbors and Friends member or, Branson: Rhodes Price Chopper, Kimberling City: Harter House and Kimberling Area Library Note: Tickets will also be available for $20 on the days of the tour.

The first home in Kimberling City was built in 2004. As you tour the home, look for the collections of roosters, mugs, and travel souvenirs from Europe. Finally, see the “Train Room”! Let your imagination run free in the Wild West!
Also in Kimberling City, the second home is actually a resort. They offer luxurious 3 – 7 bedroom cabins fully furnished with no details missed. A deep-water boat launch ramp and two-level salt-water pools will enhance your stay. Sit back and roast your s’mores at night as each cabin has its own fire pit and wood supplied.
The third property is a “Houseboat” in the Branson West area: Built in 2004, and renovated in 2020, this 18’ x 85’ houseboat features 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths, and 3 queen beds. The front porch is enclosed featuring a beautiful fire pit and the rear patio has the water toys. The upper deck seats up to 18 guests with a hot tub and bar.
The fourth home is in the Kimberling area. This home was built in 1994 and has 4330 sq. ft., 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Purchased in 2016, they did a complete makeover of the home, relocating fireplaces and doors, light fixtures and facelifting the garage.

Special Features of the tour: At the Kimberling Area Library, visitors have access to an expansive Galleria and Marketplace, featuring local crafts, jewelry, baked goods and raffle as well as purchasing your “Home Tour Tickets. “Hours are from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. While there, visitors can enjoy complimentary, coffee and cookies. In addition, a box lunch is available for purchase for $10 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Why: Proceeds from the Christmas Tour of Homes and Galleria will be distributed to various Stone and Taney County charities. In 2020 Neighbors and Friends of Table Rock Lake raised more than $37,000 through their annual fundraisers such as the Craft Extravaganza and generous donations from members and local businesses. These proceeds were awarded to 12 Stone and Taney County 501c3 organizations this past March. Throughout the years, Neighbors and Friends of Table Rock Lake has raised more than $500,000 for local charities.
